If you want to get kicked in the gut by a holiday themed Romantic Comedy, this one will do it. It’s Paul Feig and Emma Thompson’s weird, dark George Michael joke. It’s set in December 2017. Listen to the song. Check the George Michael wikipedia page for the dates. Do the math. Recoil in horror.
